Roasted Chick Peas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can chick peas, drained, rinsed and patted dry

  • 2 healthy drizzles extra virgin olive oil

Palm full of the following

  • Granulated garlic

  • Granulated onion

  • Dried parsley

  • Paprika

  • Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 425°

DIRECTIONS

Toss to mix well and then put down in an even layer on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake at 425° for 20 minutes until crispy.
