Vinaigrette
two different ways
With Champaign Vinegar
or
Red Wine Vinegar
INGREDIENTS
3/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1/3 c vinegar
1 T dijon or Country Dijon mustard
1-2 cloves freshly grated garlic
pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl mix garlic, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
Sowly drizzle oil until well combined.
Taste!! If it’s too vinegary add more oil or add a pinch of sugar.
Keeps in the fridge up to 2 weeks
