two different ways

With Champaign Vinegar

or

Red Wine Vinegar

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 c extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/3 c vinegar

  • 1 T dijon or Country Dijon mustard

  • 1-2 cloves freshly grated garlic

  • pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl mix garlic, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.

  2. Sowly drizzle oil until well combined.

  3. Taste!! If it’s too vinegary add more oil or add a pinch of sugar.

Keeps in the fridge up to 2 weeks
