Yumi Noodles

Serves about 7

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz thin spaghetti noodles 

  • 1 ⁄ 2 c soy sauce-low sodium

  • 6 cloves garlic

  • 4 T rice vinegar

  • 6 T sesame oil

  • 1-2 t sambal oelek

  • 1 ⁄ 2 lime juiced

  • 1 tablespoons agave

  • 6 sliced green onions

  • Cilantro, handful finely chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil a large pot of water for the noodles and cook to package directions and drain.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients, save the last two. Add the warm noodles and toss well until all noodles are well coated. Add green onions and cilantro, toss again and let sit for 10 minutes. These noodles are great warm and cold, enjoy!
