Breakfast Sammies

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 english muffins, halved

  • 6 whole eggs

  • 2 T milk

  • 6 slices of your fav cheese

  • 6 slices bacon or ham or sausage

  • Salt and pepper

  • Butter

Set the oven on 250° to melt the cheese and keep the muffins warm once done

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a skillet or on a grill pan on medium heat, fry the bacon until crispy.

  2. While the bacon is working away, crack the eggs in a bowl and add the cream and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until the eggs and cream are fully combined.

  3. Once the bacon is done don’t discard the grease, take the halved english muffins cut side down in the bacon grease to toast until browned. Once done set aside.

  4. If all the grease is gone add the butter (unless it’s a nonstick pan) and then cook the eggs. I put the scrambled eggs into 6 rounds patties about the same size as the muffins.

  5. Flip and place cheese and bacon on each egg pile.

  6. Once the eggs are cooked put the muffins together and place in the oven to melt the cheese and keep the muffins warm.
